The Lefkoşa Turkish Municipality (LTB) has announced that the Filiz street in the Kızılay area will be closed to traffic on Monday, October 31st due to rain-drainage work.
Work on the drainage system is being carried out for a more trouble-free winter, the LTB reported.
The rainwater drainage work that will begin on Monday on Filiz street in Kızılay is expected to be completed in 15 days.
Residents living in the area have been advised to park their vehicles on the empty land at the exit of Akçasu street and have been warned to pay attention to traffic signs whilst work is ongoing.
