Cyprus Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) announced that power cuts will be experienced in most areas of Girne today due to maintenance and repair work being carried out in most areas.
KIB-TEK reports that power cuts will be effective in the below-mentioned areas between 9 am and 3 pm in Girne.
Power cuts will be experienced at the Alsancak Sahara Site, Hasan Uzun petrol station area, Merit Park Hotel, Mountain View Hotel area, Kaya Palazzo Hotel area, Tempo Market area, Karaoğlanoğlu primary school, and Karaoğlanoğlu telephone switchboard area, Karaoğlanoğlu Kervansaray area, Merit Park Hotel area, the west side of Girne belt highway, east of Alsancak, Yeşiltepe, Espri Hotel area, İncesu village, Ilgaz village and water pumps, Alsancak Doğu beach, Escape beach area and the west side area, south of Alsancak Milli Park, Ada Otel and the south section of the area, the west side of the belt highway mountain way, Alsancak Lemar area, Merit Crystal Cove Hotel area, the west of Karaoğlanoğlu Avenue, Starling Market and Deniz Kızı Hotel area, Barehill Hotel, Alsancak beach, 5. Regiment and Camelot Beach Club area, Ak 2000 Site, Lapta Hotels area, the mountain side of hotels area, Aytoro neighbourhood and Lapta Police Station area, Alsancak cemetery area, Alsancak Ankara Avenue and Atakara Market surroundings, Alsancak Municipality area, Green Petrol station area, Alsancak public beach area, Lapta Huzur evi and youth camp area, one part of Alsancak, Milos Park Site, Riverside Hotel area, Andelip and Kavanlar Sites area, the mountain side of Alsancak and Malatya village, south and west parts of Alsancak, one section of Lapta, Yavuzlar High School and Rose Garden holiday camp area, Lapta Babil Gardens area, Merit Royal Hotel, Lapta mountain sections, the mountain side of Lapta telephone switchboard, Lapta community health center area, Başpınar area, Lapita Hotel area, the west of Lapta and Batı beach, Sempati holiday village area, Lapta cemetery area, Santa Fe Sites area, Simena Hotel area and water pumps and east of Başpınar.
Meanwhile, a 5-hour power cut will be experienced at Acapulco Hotel, Çatalköy Sanayi site, and Elexus Hotel between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm.
