A fire broke out in Iskele around noon yesterday on a privately owned land, as a result of the sparks falling from the transformer pole igniting dry grass.
According to a police report, the fire was extinguished by the same Fire Brigade. 220 roll bales in the land were destroyed as a result of the fire. An investigation continues.
