One person was arrested in Gönyeli following a police raid under the name ‘Derin Zula’ Operation by the Prevention of Narcotics and Smuggling team.
A substance believed to be a cannabis-type drug weighing around 5 grams, a cocaine-type drug weighing approximately 35 grams, and two grinders believed to contain drug deposits were detected at the 27-year-old individual’s residence and taken as evidence. The person in question has been arrested and the investigation continues.

Meanwhile, approximately 100 grams in ready-to-sell packages of cannabis, were confiscated by the Prevention of Narcotics and Smuggling team in Girne at the residential address of a 30-year-old suspect. Following the arrest of the person, police are carrying out an investigation.
