The Dr Fazıl Küçük Turkish School took to the stage in the UK as part of the “Move It” events, one of the biggest dance festivals in the world, it has been reported.
The folk dance team, which took to the stage in cooperation with Danceaid, performed Turkish Cypriot folk dances under the chairmanship of Ulaş Tözün.
According to a statement by the school, donations collected at the stands and events during the 4-days attended by thousands of participants will be handed over to the Ahbab Association in Türkiye and the White Helmet Association in Syria via Danceaid.
