Kadriye Balemen, engineer in charge of a construction site, who fell from the first floor staircase of the building in Alsancak was injured on Tuesday, August 23.
According to a police report, 58-year-old Balemen who lost her balance and fell three meters into the stairwell was injured.
Balemen was taken to the Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkoşa for treatment and was then transferred to the Near East University Hospital and is being kept under observation in the intensive care unit.
An investigation is continuing.
