The Meteorology Department has announced that temperatures are expected to be 35-38 degrees celsius.
According to the Meteorology Department, the weather will be under the influence of hot air mass with a low-pressure system from the 8th to the 14th of September.
Skies will be clear becoming partly cloudy from time to time until Monday, and partly cloudy at noon on the following days.
Temperatures are expected to be around 35-38 degrees inland and 30-33 on the coast.
Winds will blow northerly and easterly moderately from for the first days of the week, and in northerly and Westerly for the rest of the days becoming stronger at times.
