TR Vice President Fuat Oktay is in North Cyprus

Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay who arrived in North Cyprus will be carrying out various contacts.
As part of his program, Oktay will be meeting with women producers and entrepreneurs in Güzelyurt, and many grant programs and projects will be announced.
Meanwhile, the Turkish visiting premier is expected to deliver a speech at the collective opening and promotion ceremony of the Public Data Centre at the Prime Ministry in Lefkoşa.
Amongst the projects to be inaugurated during the visit are the Public Data Centre, the Güzelyurt-Lefkoşa dual carriageway and village roads.
Furthermore, the first section of the Central Mesarya Plain Irrigation Transmission Line, which is an important part of the water supply project from Türkiye to North Cyprus, and the 207-kilometer Warehouse Connection Line Project will be presented.
Details on the funds to be transferred in line with the additional protocol signed between the two countries will be announced during Fuat Oktay’s visit.
Statements by Prime Minister Ünal Üstel during a press conference last week regarding funds to be transferred from Türkiye worth 1 billion 97 million TL within the scope of the additional protocol were also announced.
Contacts of the visiting Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay will be broadcast live.
Fuat Oktay is expected to deliver statements at a special broadcast tomorrow at 4 pm.
