The extraordinary session of the Republics Assembly that convened yesterday morning to discuss the (special) draft law on the merging of municipalities lasted for 17 hours. The session ended at 5 am this morning.
The (special) draft Law for the ‘Unification of the Municipalities was passed following a controversial session.
The decision to postpone the election of a council clerk until the next session was also approved with a majority vote.
