The Higher Committee for Infectious Disease’s has announced new covid-19 measures
Accordingly, until further notice by the committee, individuals will be able to enter the country without the requirement of a Covid-19 test, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not.
Individuals will continue to cross at border crossings on the island without the need for a Covid-19 test.
The committee reminded that It is mandatory to use masks in closed areas and on public transportation.
Individuals with upper respiratory complaints should wear masks in all areas (open or closed).
It was noted that it is mandatory for all school staff to wear masks in classrooms and in all other closed areas (teacher rooms, etc.).
The rules regarding masks and closed areas of schools are as follows:
-It is mandatory for students, drivers and student supervisors to wear masks on school buses.
– It will be mandatory for students aged 6 and above to wear masks in classrooms and all other closed areas at schools. It is recommended that students aged 4-6 wear masks in the classroom and indoors.
–It is necessary to comply with the ventilation and disinfection rules of classrooms and all other closed areas at schools (teacher rooms, etc.).
