A 30-year-old and 24-year-old were both injured following an argument between them regarding the use of internet at an apartment on Hasan Yılmaz Street in Lefkoşa yesterday at around 4 pm.
According to a police report, the 30-year-old suspect injured the arm of the 24-year-old with a knife in his possession. The 24-year-old suspect then took the knife and stabbed the back of the 30-year-old, causing severe injuries.
Police report that both individuals were arrested. Following treatment at the Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu Hospital, the 30-year-old who was seriously injured was been placed in the hospital’s intensive care unit.
An investigation into the incident continues.
