Greek Cypriot Labor and Social Insurance Minister Minister Zeta Emilianidou passed away in a hospital in Athens late on Monday. She was 68.
She had been receiving treatment at a hospital in Athens after a suffering a brain aneurysm last month.
The minister passed away at 8.30pm at the Ygeia medical centre in Athens where she was transported by air-ambulance after suffering a cerebral aneurysm on May 15.
Greek Cypriot Leader Nicos Anastasiades has expressed its deepest sorrow over the death Zeta Emilianidou.
