The Gönyeli-Alayköy Municipality is starting to implement the Building Inspection System as of May 1, 2023.
In accordance with the decision TK02/2023 of the Gönyeli-Alayköy Municipality, the Municipal Council during its meeting, January 31, 2023 states that all building owners who have started the construction of their buildings without a construction permit need to apply to the land registry for a construction permit with the floor plan in its current phase (proving that there is no building code violation) and apply for a construction permit from the municipality.
The Municipality of Gönyeli-Alayköy in a statement announced that an additional fee of 10% of the construction permit fee will be charged in accordance with Article 97 of the Law on Municipalities No. 51/95 if the necessary permits are not fulfilled by this date.
