The General Assembly of Parliament will convene today at 10 am.
Among the topics to be discussed is the draft Law No. 65/2005 “(Temporary Guidelines) (Amendment) on the Higher Education Law on Granting the Right to Those Dismissed from Higher Education Institutions Operating under the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to continue their studies”
The draft law foresees students from the TRNC, the Republic of Türkiye, and other overseas countries who were studying in higher education institutions operating in the TRNC and who were dismissed and unable to complete their education, to be able to continue their education in the relevant higher education institutions and/or complete their higher education.
