One person out of four who was exposed to gas poisoning in a house in Gazimağusa died, and the rest of the three are being treated in the intensive care unit, it has been reported.
According to a police report, two men, aged 29 and 22, were believed to be exposed to gas poisoning. Two other people a 26-year-old woman and another woman whose name has not yet been identified were also present during the incident that was experienced at around 3 am this morning in Gazimağusa.
As a result, the woman whose name could not be determined yet died at the scene, while the other three people who were exposed to gas poisoning were taken under observation at the intensive care unit at the Gazimağusa State Hospital.
An investigation is ongoing.
