Conservation work has begun at the Maroni Village mosque

Conservation work has started at Maroni Village mosque in Larnaca, it has been reported.
The work is being carried out by the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage.
Committee Co-Chairman Ali Tuncay shared on his social media account that the protection work for the mosque at the Maroni village of Larnaca is continuing.

WORK CARRIED OUT IN THE LARNACA AREA
The Ottoman bath in the Tuzla region of Larnaca and the conservation work on the historical fountain in Hamid Bey square were completed with the technical support of the UNDP and the financial support of the EU within the framework of the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage, last month.
It has been reported that project preparations have started at Tuzla Mosque in preparation of conservation work.
