Power cuts expected in some areas today

The Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) has announced that power cuts will be experienced in some areas of Girne, Geçitkale, Yeşilırmak and Doğancı today.

Power cuts will be experienced in the areas listed below:

A 5-hour power cut, from 9 am to 2 pm is expected in Karmi (Karaman), Karaman water pump facility, Civil Aviation and Radar Military Facilities, West of Edremit (mountain part), Meriç Erülkü Complex, GAU Boys’ Dormitory, Edremit Village, Karmi Casino and Hideaway Club Hotel area and Edremit roundabout due to maintenance work being carried out on the medium voltage electricity network.

A power cut will be experienced at the Kanizi petrol station zone and Geçitkale Village Mosque between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm due to project work being carried out on the medium voltage electricity network.

There will be a 4-5 hour power cut in some parts of Yeşilırmak and Doğancı.

A power cut will be experienced in Yeşilırmak, Yeşilırmak border and the water facility in the area between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm today due to project work being carried out on the medium voltage electricity network.

The power cuts will be experienced in Doğancı Cooperative and its surroundings, Doğancı Primary School and its surroundings, Laika Tercan Street and Ceylan Street between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm today due to project work being carried out on the low voltage electricity network.
