Four people were arrested yesterday at around 11 am in Lefkoşa and Girne following a police raid under the name Kıskaç (Claw) Operation by the Prevention of Narcotics and Smuggling team.
Approximately, 25 grams in ready-to-sale packages of cocaine, a substance believed to be a cannabis-type drug weighing around 13 grams, a rolled-up cigarette with a burnt tip believed to contain drugs mixed with tobacco, two grinders believed to contain drug deposits, two scales and two banknotes, as well as 23,600 TL, 195 Euro and 20 pounds cash, believed to have been obtained from the sale of drugs, were found and taken as evidence.
According to the information received from the police, four people who were considered suspects were arrested.
The investigation continues.
