The Meteorology department announced the most affected areas of rain yesterday.
It reports that 23 kilos of rain per square meter were experienced at Balıkesir, 22 kg at Geçitkale and 20 at Ercan.
The met office reports on the amount of rain in several areas in the last 24 hours:
Balıkesir 23kg/m2, Geçitkale 22 kg/m2, Ercan 20kg/m2, Beyarmudu 15kg/m2, Çayönü 13kg/m2, Vadili and Düç 11kg/m2, Salamis and Dörtyol 7kg/m2 and Kaleburnu 6 kg/m2.
It reports that between 0,1-4 kilograms of rain per square metre were recorded in other areas.
