Italian origin, 19-year-old Alex Sidney living in the United Kingdom arrived in North Cyprus by pedalling through many countries with his specially designed 2-meter-long “Tall Bike”.
Sidney is travelling with his dog, named Nova, which he found while passing through Serbia.
Alex Sidney, who started his journey from the UK, then Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and then Türkiye by the end of August, arrived in North Cyprus.
Speaking to a BRT correspondent, Sidney said that he is a cycling enthusiast and that meeting new places and new people makes him extremely happy.
