Efforts are underway for public transport from Gazimağusa to other districts
Gazimağusa Mayor İsmail Arter pointed to the importance of setting up a public transportation network for North Cyprus and Gazimağusa due to the ongoing economic difficulties and fuel prices adding that the need of public transportation had increased and was a great demand.
Arter said that the route for public transportation from Gazimağusa to Lefkoşa and Gazimağusa to Iskele was on the agenda.
Gazimağusa Mayor Arter said the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation and the Kayseri Büyükşehir Municipality from Türkiye will be supplying technical support to the project.
