The weather is expected to be partly cloudy with thundery showers.
Temperatures will generally be around 13-16ºC inland and on the coast.
The temperature in the capital Lefkoşa will be around 15ºC.
The Met Office has issued two separate weather warnings for rain and wind in places across various regions until 6 pm today.
The Meteorology Department also announced that gale winds that started at sea are expected to last until 1pm on Saturday.
