The 21st International Olive Festival will be held in Zeytinlik between 7-11 October

The 21st International Olive Festival will be held in Zeytinlik between 7-11 October.

The Girne Municipality announced that a 5-day festival will be held at the Zeytinlik Village Square at 6 pm. The festival which will start with a cortege will be open from October 7.

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin from Türkiye will be participating in the event which will kick start with a saplings planting event around the Zeytinlik village.

Olives and oil by-products, as well as products specific to Turkish Cypriot culture, handicrafts and cuisine, will be sold at around 60 stands to be set up in the Zeytinlik Village Square.
