Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar who attended the opening ceremony of the 4th World Nomad Games in İznik Bursa, Türkiye had a twenty-minute meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan following the ceremony.
Speaking to the TAK news agency, Tatar said that alongside his meeting with Turkish President Erdoğan, he also had the opportunity of meeting with the Kyrgyzstan President and other participating state officials adding that he was carrying out efforts of developing relations with Turkic states. During his meeting with Erdoğan, Tatar shared North Cyprus’ target to develop relations with friendly countries and that Erdoğan gave several instructions to his team.
Meanwhile, Turkish Cypriot leader Tatar also expressed his gratification on President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s speech at the UN General Assembly and the decision taken later at the National Security Council.
Tatar, who will also be holding contacts in Bursa today is expected to return to North Cyprus this evening.
