Tourism Ministry "Restoration at historical harbour has kick-started!"

The Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment announced that the restoration of the ancient harbour of Girne has begun.
According to a written statement, the Ministry said that with the restoration of the historical port, which is among the most distinguished places of tourism, more tourists and public visits are expected to the region.
-Beaches are under control
Continuous Wastewater Monitoring System (SAİS) and all treatment plants will be monitored online 24/7 for cleaner beaches.
It has been noted that water from the treatment plant will be sent to the sea in a controlled manner.
