Test requirements at some workplaces have been adopted

New measures of the Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases have been announced.
Accordingly, staff at nursing homes and state prison employees are required to carry out a weekly Covid 19 test The Health Ministry said that no changes have been made on entry of North Cyprus, Covid 19 tests are still not required.
However the decision taken two weeks ago on the requirement of masks in closed areas and on public transportation is still mandatory, the Health Ministry announced.
The Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases that issued additional measures has made it mandatory for staff at nursing homes and prison employees to carry out weekly tests.
Individuals visiting nursing homes and the central prison must submit a negative Covid-19 PCR test weekly.
Those who show symptoms of the virus should not visit the above-mentioned places even if their Covid 19 test is negative.
The Health Ministry announced that a chart on covid 19 data and vaccinations according to age groups has also been shared.
