Temperatures will rise to 41 degrees Celsius in the days ahead.
According to the Meteorology Department predictions until August 29th, temperatures are expected to be 34-37 inland and 30-33 degrees on the coast in the first half of the week.
In the second half, temperatures are expected to be around 38-41 degrees inland and 33-36 degrees on the coast.
Winds are expected to be Southerly and Westerly moderate.
