Road closed due to collapsed house!

It was reported that a section of an adobe-built house located at number 25 Pençizade road in the Lefkoşa Walled city collapsed at around 6:30 am this morning.
Police report that although no deaths or injuries were recorded, a parked vehicle, a garage and a steel water tank at the side of the road belonging to another building nearby were damaged during the incident.
It was reported that the necessary safety measures have been taken and the road has been closed to traffic. A team from the municipality have begun cleaning efforts at the site. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
