"Once again with my 2nd proposal I have proved that I am prepared for collaboration"

TC leader Ersin Tatar said that he submitted a second set of comprehensive cooperation proposals on behalf of the Turkish Cypriot side to be forwarded to the Greek Cypriot leader Nicos Anastasiades via the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
According to a statement from the Turkish Cypriot leadership,
“In addition to the four cooperation proposals put forward on July 1st 2022, I propose for a creation of a committee to address the issue of undocumented and illegal migrants as well as clearing the island of landmines” Tatar is cited as saying.
Turkish Cypriot leader Tatar said that the proposals previously presented to the Greek Cypriot side were prepared for the welfare of both communities on the island and will result in a win-win solution.
