More areas to be affected by the 7-hour power cut tomorrow

Power will be cut off from 9 am to 4 pm tomorrow due to work being carried out on the Yılmazköy transformer station. According to a written statement by the Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority, (KIB-TEK), the 7-hour power cut will be experienced in the areas listed below: Gürpınar, Yılmazköy, and Türkeli, the facilities areas between the Türkeli junction on the Lefkoşa-Güzelyurt main road and Zet Karting, Alayköy and Metehan border crossing area, and the south of Yenikent Vedat petrol station. The public has been warned to be cautious and act as if there is electricity at all times, as the flow of electricity may be delivered earlier or later than the specified time depending on the course of the work.
