The family of Asya Polatlı, who suffers from SMA and is still undergoing treatment, shared the news that she is now able to stand on her feet and slowly swallow. “I have some good news for you...I am now able to stand comfortably and as can be seen in the photo with my closest Erdenç I could barely swallow, but now I can swallow better.
Most importantly, my family who never stopped believing in me is always by my side.
I would like to thank my closest Ergenç, whom we now see as our family, for always believing in me, supporting me and helping me” she said.
