The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation announced that air sports have been banned between the 18th-20th July for security reasons due to the demonstration flights and rehearsals that will take place by the Turkish Stars (Türk Yıldızları) in line with the 20th July military operation events.
“Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), flying drones, paragliding, parasailing and similar air sports are banned from sunrise to sunset between 18-20 July for security reasons,” the ministry said in a statement.
