Detected with undeclared goods at Metehan and İnönü!

According to the Police report, one person was arrested and legal action has been taken against another person yesterday (Thursday) for not declaring goods. According to information obtained, a 56-year-old man was caught at İnönü with four cattle that were purchased from south Cyprus and that had not been declared. The person in question has been arrested and an investigation continues. Meanwhile, a 35-year-old woman was also detected trying to smuggle 13 kilos and 630 grams of the animal casing (banna) from south Cyprus without declaring it to customs at the Metehan crossing point in North Cyprus. Legal action has been filed against the person in question and an investigation is ongoing.
