7–8-hour power cuts in some areas today!

The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) announced that power cuts will be experienced in some areas of Güzelyurt, Değirmenlik and Ercan today. An 8-hour power cut is expected to be experienced at the Güzelyurt Kumköy water facility, the Güzelyurt Municipality treatment plant, and Yayla II. Lap rural land areas between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm as work will be carried out on the medium voltage electricity network. Meanwhile, a 7-hour power cut will be experienced at Balıkesir, a section of Ercan airport, Değirmenlik, Minareliköy, Demirhan, Başpınar, barn areas of Değirmenlik, and rural land areas of Değirmenlik between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm.
