1 person arrested for crossing border despite police warning!

A 34-year old individual who crossed from South Cyprus to North Cyprus via the Ledra Palace crossing used only for diplomats, despite the stop warning by the police was later caught with the help of cameras.
According to the statement by the Police, the person in question entered the northern part of Cyprus unlawfully at around 2:15 pm by damaging the barrier at the barricade, despite all the warnings and efforts of the police.
It was stated that the suspect, who was identified in a short period of time with the help of the records of the City Security Management Systems, was identified and arrested by the police team in Lefkoşa.
