A driver was arrested following an accident on Lefkoşa-Girne main road yesterday at 3.40 pm.
5 grams of drugs, believed to be cannabis, and 28 tablets, that require a medical prescription that was found following a police search were confiscated following the accident that occurred at the 13-14 km road between Lefkoşa and Girne.
Police reported that the driver was arrested and has been taken in for questioning.
