A total of 23 fires and 15 other incidents were experienced with damage costs of 164,620 TL.
The Fire Department gave information on the cause of some of the fires between the dates of the 25-31 July 2022,
Some of the fires were experienced due to disregarded lit cigerrett butts, short circuits, out-of-control fires that were lit on purpose to clear rubbish, electric cables colliding with one another, short circuits of vehicle engines, a wish balloon falling on dry grass, fire due to ignition of gas leaking from a gas cylinder, igniting dry grass due to the condensation of sun rays passing through broken glass piece, the fire department reported.
